All poetry components must be in inside a poem-normal-rw or poem-annotated-rw block.
poem-rw is present in every poem block type and is a content genre identifier.
poem-title-block-rw is used rather than standard title-block-rw
poem-body-rw is mandatory and poetic content must be inside poem-body-rw. Within a poem-rw container, poem-body-rw may be discontinuous and broken by other content structures.
h2 and h3 are used for section headings inside poem-body-rw, but never in stanza-rw
h4 is always used for Stanza headings and when used must be always be inside the stanza-rw block.

Poetry components in normal prose books must be in block extract or block poem.
stanza-rw can be used directly in extract-rw.
